I am pleased to write to you to greet him warmly on behalf of the Coordinating Council of the District Youth League Carmen Reynoso of which I am honored to represent. This is intended to inform you that by Ordinance No. 001-2008-MDCLR creates the Coordinating Council of Youth Carmen of the League, as a space for consultation, coordination and consultation of local youth policy and as a meeting between state institutions of local and regional level. 3. Articulate and channel plans, programs, projects and other proposals submitted by organizations operating in direct and indirect jobs in the field of youth in the government agencies concerned. (Article Sixth, paragraph e) "competencies", Ordinance No. 001-2008-MDCLR)
In this regard we are designing the YOUTH DISTRICT PLAN 2010-2015, for which we seek your active participation for Local Participatory Assessment, Planning Concerted strategic, Multisectoral Programmatic Implementation, Monitoring Indicators, Performance Assessment and the preparation of the report to be presented to the Mayor and Municipal Council of Local Government.
