In the previous post, probably the most important of the seven in this series together with that publish in a couple of days, I set out what are the goals that I believe should be pursued with the Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas. This is a basic consideration because only by defining these objectives can be determined what the best management system to achieve (something to which dedicate this post) and elements to be included in the Statement (issue I'll discuss in the next post, as I say, the other central part of this analysis). The management system and the Statement, in short, are not isolated, but something to be decided once it is made explicit what are the objectives to be achieved.

For reasons I fail to understand, much of the debate from fans in recent years has focused on the management model. Many advocates of management "concerned" that was used during part of the years of Lozano, to replace the existing franchise model. In my view, however, the management system is not more important. In fact, I would say is almost irrelevant. No matter how it is managed, but for what it is managed. If management implements a model of interest, but it is managed with the same criteria for the last fifteen or twenty years will not have won anything.
