On Thursday February 10 at 17:30 in the CEU Graduate Hall (Julian Romea, 23), the Union of Bullfighting subscribers and Madrid and Bullfighting classroom at the Universidad San Pablo-CEU organized a Conference composed of two panel discussions on the transfer of the powers of the State bullfighting Ministry of Culture.
The opening session will be borne by D. Rafael Cabrera Bonet (Director of Classroom Taurine) and D. José Luis Moreno-Manzanaro (President of the Union of Bullfighting subscribers and Madrid and Spain).
The first panel will be moderated by D. Rafael Cabrera and intervene D. Juan Manuel Albendea (MP PP), D. Antonio Caro Petit (writer, journalist and director of taurologia.com) and D. Andrés Sánchez Magro (Judge of the Commercial No. 2 Madrid).
In the second panel, moderated by D. José Luis Moreno-Manzanaro act at D. Miguel Cid (lawyer, former Senator and Chairman of the Parliamentary Bullfighting Association), D. José Ignacio Prada (Counsel and Vice President of the Union Amateur Bullfighting Madrid), D. Pedro Plasencia (ex-secretary of the National Advisory Committee Taurinos Affairs of the Ministry of Interior) and myself.
As can be seen, except for self, staff is first class and I think it can be an important opportunity to reflect on the relationship of the Administration the Party and to what extent the transfer to the Ministry of Culture can change (read, better) than our politicians make for bullfighting.
