On Thursday February 10 at 17:30 in the CEU Graduate Hall (Julian Romea, 23), the Union of Bullfighting subscribers and Madrid and Bullfighting classroom at the Universidad San Pablo-CEU organized a Conference composed of two panel discussions on the transfer of the powers of the State bullfighting Ministry of Culture.
The opening session will be borne by D. Rafael Cabrera Bonet (Director of Classroom Taurine) and D. José Luis Moreno-Manzanaro (President of the Union of Bullfighting subscribers and Madrid and Spain).
The first panel will be moderated by D. Rafael Cabrera and intervene D. Juan Manuel Albendea (MP PP), D. Antonio Caro Petit (writer, journalist and director of taurologia.com) and D. Andrés Sánchez Magro (Judge of the Commercial No. 2 Madrid).
In the second panel, moderated by D. José Luis Moreno-Manzanaro act at D. Miguel Cid (lawyer, former Senator and Chairman of the Parliamentary Bullfighting Association), D. José Ignacio Prada (Counsel and Vice President of the Union Amateur Bullfighting Madrid), D. Pedro Plasencia (ex-secretary of the National Advisory Committee Taurinos Affairs of the Ministry of Interior) and myself.
As can be seen, except for self, staff is first class and I think it can be an important opportunity to reflect on the relationship of the Administration the Party and to what extent the transfer to the Ministry of Culture can change (read, better) than our politicians make for bullfighting.

During the ceremony, at the Sala Manuel. M. Ponce of the Palacio de Bellas Artes, the author of works such as 'Tantadel' and 'The song Odette', among others, opened the series 'protagonists of Mexican literature' by writers José Agustín, Silvia Molina, and Bernardo Zepeda Eraclio Ruiz, who not only share his love of narrative are witnessing the same time: the 70 and the "movement of 'cool'.
Taking the floor, also a scholar and journalist, National Journalism Prize of Mexico for cultural reporting in 1991, welcomed the tribute and expressed feeling more storyteller than a novelist.

Do Dickies Shrink In The Wash
Reflections on the new competition for the award of the Plaza de Las Ventas (7 of 7)
after stating what, in my view, the obligations should be imposed on the successful tenderer and the same selection criteria, is little more to add. There are, however, some aspects of some significance that I have not included in the previous post and I would like to mention, even much shorter.
A first issue is the need to end with the resales. It is pathetic to be found by going to renew subscriptions or single tickets characters straight out of the most sordid of our history, individuals who had not out of place in the Beehive or any other novel of manners of the war. To help give the festival a cultural dimension is also to establish mechanisms for the purchase of inputs consistent with this condition.

It makes no sense that each subscriber has to wait the amount of time required to clear, pay your payment and collect the tickets. It might be more sensible (as proposed at the time the Union of subscribers) that each subscriber locations were printed from the moment he begins the renewal term of fertilizers, and thus expedite the process. On the other hand, if the scheme is not out of season I will continue to keep pointed and Anniversary Fair (or equivalent) should be allowed subscribers get individual tickets for the celebrations that make up this cycle at the same time they renew their subscription. The current system of allowing the fair to buy whole simultaneously with the renewal of San Isidro and book only a day (weekdays) to purchase individual tickets (with queue tremendous) is a real robbery.
