COORDINATION COUNCIL OF YOUTH
Coordinating Council Youth League-Carmen de la Rose, is a space for consultation , coordination and cooperation of local youth policy and a meeting between state institutions of local and regional level. (Article first "purpose of the ordinance," Ordinance No. 001-2008-MDCLR) OUR MISSION
promote integral development of the youth population between 15 and 29 years of age, by implementing policies of democratic participation and representation of Youth-oriented overall welfare. (Article three "scopes", Ordinance No. 001-2008-MDCLR)
The Coordinating Council for Youth is a decentralized body, reporting directly to the District Mayor, his actions are intended to carry out youth initiatives for the achievement of its physical, psychological, social, moral and spiritual, and promoting participation young people's active political life, social, cultural and economic fabric of our community. OUR DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

propose to the Mayor and City Council of the District Local Government Plan for Youth, diagnose, perform, monitor, evaluate and report their results. (Article Sixth, subparagraph b) "competence", Ordinance No. 001-2008-MDCLR)
articulate and channel plans, programs, projects and other proposals submitted by organizations operating in direct and indirect jobs in the field of youth in relevant government agencies. (Article Sixth, paragraph e) "competencies", Ordinance No. 001-2008-MDCLR)

The Coordinating Council for Youth, with support from the Hospital San Jose del Callao, the Community Coalition, CEDRO The Association CCEFIRO second consecutive year led the parade through the main avenues District Carmen de la League, with the aim of sensitizing the community about the importance of joining the global fight against HIV / AIDS, at the end we a show at the HOUSE CULTURE AND DISTRICT YOUTH.

PUBLIC ACT AGAINST DISCRIMINATION
