QUICHE LORRAINE WITH MUSHROOMS

This season is giving me the dishes by French and could not miss from the list a Quiche, the salt cake is a classic of French cuisine. The truth is I did a lot of time and did not make the truth is that it is a very easy dish that can be eaten cold and accompanied by a salad is an excellent bet for dinner.

QUICHE LORRAINE WITH MUSHROOMS

1 roll pastry (I've purchased in the refrigerated part of Lidl)
80 g smoked bacon, diced 4 eggs

100 ml milk 100 ml double cream 150 g cooked
gouda or edam cheese diced
A can of sliced \u200b\u200bmushrooms 185 gr
Two tablespoons olive oil Shredded cheese

Salt Black pepper

We put in a round pan, about 25 cm in diameter, the pastry with greaseproof paper and below that it brings to prevent sticking to the mold, if we cut too po stands perimeter superfluous weight. Cover the dough with aluminum foil so that the baking does not lose shape. Placed on aluminum some chickpeas or any other dry vegetable in cooking to prevent the dough rise. Bake in preheated oven up and down at 180 ยบ for 15 minutes.

While we have a large pan of olive oil and fry the bacon and mushrooms. Remove from heat and reserve.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the milk and cream. Add the bacon and mushrooms that we had booked. Pepper. Remove from oven

the pastry and we removed the foil and beans. We see that the mass is somewhat cooked. Now place the dough over the cheese into cubes and fill with the mixture just to prepare. Sprinkle over with cheese grated.

bake again for 25 minutes to check that the cake is completely filled and the surface is golden brown.
