I follow around with my new books. Today I prepared these delicious cookies and pistachio orginales. The recipe is super easy and a success, a crunchy cookies with a touch of Saladin. Do not hesitate to try

PISTACHIO COOKIES OF



To 60 Units 140 gr pistachio

2 eggs 200 gr of 160 gr brown sugar

salted butter 280 gr flour 1 envelope yeast

Peel and crush the nuts using a grinder or chopper.
Beat eggs with sugar. Incorporate the melted butter, flour, baking powder and ground pistachios.
Mix everything and let stand for 20 minutes.
In a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Using your hands form small balls then crush them into shape cookie. Place on parchment paper with space enough space between them so that they do not stick to baking. Enter
tray in preheated oven at 180 ยบ C and cook to heat up and down for 12 minutes.

Tip: I've put a piece of pistachio on each cookie before cooking them, improved appearance.
