Sunday July 25, 2010 - 11:00 am Opening of the XXI National Children's Book Fair and Youth, Xalapa 2010, by the eachers Fidel Herrera Beltrán, governor of the state of Veracruz, accompanied by officials of the City Council, Secretariat Education and officials of CONACULTA, and touring the facilities of the Fair. 
Immediately after the governor and his entourage will go to the Preparatory School Auditorium for the delivery of René Avilés Medal Fabila, for his long literary career and presentation of the book Far from Eden, the Earth.
The play will be presented by the writers Raúl Hernández and Miguel Valera Hernández Viveros.
