Within the already long list of honors and awards to René Avilés Fabila, it was the turn of the state of Veracruz. During the XXI National Fair Children's Book and Young, Xalapa 2010. On Sunday 25 July, the governor of Veracruz, Fidel Herrera Beltran, gave the narrator capital Veracruz medal for its literary merits. Next, was presented the volume relatively far from Eden, the Earth, a work originally published by The University of Veracruz as the novelist Sergio Galindo notable was in charge of publications and now reissued the government of Veracruz as part of the celebrations for RAF. The presentation was made by the writers Raúl Hernández and Miguel Valera Hernández Viveros.
